EMPI’s founder began building, selling, and renting new and rehabilitated homes in 1987. After attending law school and obtaining General Contractor and Real Estate licenses in the 1990’s, he began acquiring, rehabilitating, and selling commercial and residential properties — including distressed, abandoned, and foreclosed properties in Florida. Since that time, the firm’s leadership has been involved continuously in the sale of hundreds of homes and the purchase and sale of multiple commercial and industrial properties.

In 2003, Exclusive Management and Properties, Inc (EMPI) was incorporated. EMPI is a fully licensed real estate brokerage with multiple sales associates and property managers. The company takes an active role in the acquisition, construction or rehab, adding value, marketing and sale of each property, managing and preparing the properties for a quick turnaround and finding suitable clients for a smooth transaction.
